DECEMBER 27th and 28th - Camp Brom-Alot-Agrom
Two day All-Star Snowboard Workshop

The Bromley Outing Club will be holding their 1st annual Snowboard Camp.  Camp Brom-Alot-Agrom will be held on December 27 & 28 at Bromley Mountain.  There will be 2 days of shredtacular coaching & instruction, as well as pro exhibitions.  There will be prize giveaways & A VERY SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE.  Coaching will be done by pro/am riders Nate Farrell, Tyler Emond, Chris Waker, Kate Madsen, Tim Benasich & Matt Bothfeld.  All ages are welcome.  All proceeds will go towards the Ross Powers Foundation and the Bromley Outing Club's freestyle snowboard program.  For more information, or to register,  please contact the Bromley Outing Club at 824-6498.

MUNTENAU FILLS NEW ROLE   Dorin Muntenau will return as the head J4 coach and is also named Head Technical coach. This position will help bridge the gap between age groups and develop a common thread from the youngest development skier to the athlete preparing for the master’s circuit Dorin will also facilitate fall dry land training, fall on-snow camps, extended instruction opportunities during the season, improvements to weekday training, and will continue to run summer training camps. Dorin has been a great addition to the Club. With the influence of our great coaches, our athletes are climbing higher and higher in the results

 

 

 

BENEDICT RECOGNIZED AT VARA GALA Bromley Outing Club’s Margot Benedict will receive the George Tormey Scholarship Award at the Vermont Alpine Racing Gala to be held Saturday, Sept.15th. The George Tormey Award is a $1000 scholarship granted to a Vermont Alpine Athlete who displays strength in character and excellence in a second sport. Due to a strong work ethic and dedication, Margot has had great success on the hill and in the ring.
